Who will I share a twin studio with?
Book the studio together with a friend, or ask us to match you with another resident – same gender by default, similar age and where possible a similar programme. You meet before you sign.

I need a visa – can I book?
Yes. Once you have signed the lease, we issue the confirmation of accommodation for free (step 05). Please note that a refused visa is not a reason for a refund – the €200 reservation is kept. If your visa is delayed, you can move your start date once for free, by up to 2 months – see How to book.

How do the booking and payments work?
Apply online in two steps – free and in about 3 minutes; you will need your passport or ID number and a photo of the document. Then you sign a short reservation agreement online and pay the €200 reservation by bank transfer within 5 days – it is part of the €1,000 deposit. Once the payment arrives, we assign you a specific studio, usually within 1 working day, and send you the lease to sign online with a code from your e-mail. Sign the lease and pay the rest of the deposit (€800) by 15 November 2026 – for bookings made after that date, within 7 days of receiving the lease; if you do not sign it, the €200 is kept. 14 days before move-in you pay the first month; after that rent is paid on the 1st of each month by bank transfer.
What if my visa is refused or delayed?
A refused visa or university admission is not a reason for a refund – the €200 reservation is kept. If the visa is delayed, you can move your start date once for free, by up to 2 months.
