Rezidence Kandertova provides corporate housing for employees and interns in Prague: brand-new furnished studios in Prague 8 – Libeň for stays of six months or longer, with several studios under one contract and one contact person. The fixed euro price includes all bills – €570 per person in a twin studio, from €980 for a single – and Karlín's offices are about 13–16 minutes away by direct tram.
Corporate housing in Prague: several studios, one contract
Companies and universities can put several studios under one contract with one contact person on our side – no separate landlord for every new hire or intern.
Send us the number of places, start dates and expected length of stay, and we will propose specific studios. All 52 studios are built to one standard, so every resident gets the same quality.
Why studios work for staff and interns
In a shared flat, colleagues share a kitchen and a bathroom. Here every studio has its own fitted kitchenette and private bathroom. A single studio gives an employee full privacy; a twin studio – two people, same gender by default – keeps costs down for internship programmes on a fixed budget.
Studios come furnished with a bed and mattress, a desk and chair for each resident, built-in wardrobes and a kitchen with hob and fridge. Fibre internet up to 2 Gb/s is included.

Deposit €1,000 for every studio (€200 of it paid as the reservation). All bills included – water, heating, electricity, waste and fibre internet up to 2 Gb/s. No hidden fees. Prices and terms valid for move-in from 1 December 2026 (tentative).
Predictable cost for your budget
The contract currency is the euro, and the monthly price covers water, heating, electricity, waste and internet. There is no year-end settlement and there are no service, admin or commission fees, so the figure in your budget is the figure you pay. The deposit is €1,000 per studio, refunded within 30 days after moving out.

Commutes to Prague's business districts
The house is five minutes on foot from the U Kříže stop, where trams 3 and 24 run straight to Karlín. Vysočany and the business parks around Českomoravská are one change away via metro B at Palmovka, and Pankrác is on metro C from Florenc. Times are approximate, door to door.
Staff working in Karlín can also walk home through Maniny park in about 22 minutes or cycle in about five.
Interns and trainees on 6-month programmes
Internships and trainee programmes of six months or longer fit our contracts; shorter placements do not, as we offer no stays under six months. Contracts start on the 1st or 15th, so move-in can follow the programme calendar, with arrival slots Monday to Saturday.
For intern groups, twin studios are the budget option: tell us who should live together, or we match flatmates of the same gender, similar age and, where possible, a similar field. Contracts can be extended if an intern stays on.
Onboarding foreign hires
For colleagues coming from abroad we issue a free official confirmation of accommodation in Czech and English within five working days – for the embassy or for an application filed in Czechia. At handover we register the resident with the foreign police, and residence can be registered at the address as in any flat. Proof of work is uploaded 14 days before move-in; our team speaks English.

Ask us. Contracts for several studios, including how payment works, are agreed individually – send us your company details, the number of places and the dates.
Can we swap residents within the contract when an assignment ends?
Ask us about your case before signing. Each stay starts at six months, and we will explain how a change of resident can be handled under one contract.
How many studios are available?
The house has 52 studios. Twin studios are currently offered on the 2nd floor and single studios on the 5th floor; tell us how many places you need and we will confirm what we can hold for you.
