One euro price instead of a stack of contracts

Renting an unfurnished or part-furnished flat after a move usually means more than rent: energy advances, separate electricity and internet contracts, often an agency commission, and a year-end settlement that can come as a surprise. Here you sign one contract in euro. Water, heating, electricity, waste and fibre internet are included, with no year-end settlement and no admin, service or commission fees.

The deposit is €1,000. You pay €200 of it as the reservation within 5 days of signing a short reservation agreement online and the remaining €800 when you sign the lease, by 15 November 2026 (for later bookings, within 7 days of receiving the lease); it is refunded within 30 days after you move out. Rent is paid on the 1st of each month by bank transfer.

Commuting to Prague's business districts

Tram 3 or 24 from U Kříže, 5 minutes from the door, runs direct to Křižíkova and Florenc in Karlín. For Vysočany's business parks and the O2 arena, take the tram four minutes to Palmovka and metro B two stops. Pankrác is one change away, at Florenc onto metro C. The times below are door to door on a weekday.

Paperwork: registration, confirmations and an English-speaking team

On move-in day we hand over the studio with a protocol and meter readings and register you with the foreign police – nothing for you to arrange. If you need a visa or apply for a residence permit, we issue a free official confirmation of accommodation in Czech and English within 5 working days of signing the lease. You can register your residence at the address as in any flat.

Contracts run from 6 months, with extension possible, and start on the 1st or 15th of a month. Fourteen days before move-in you upload proof of work and liability insurance. Your contract, payments and requests live in the online resident zone, and the team speaks English and Czech. Relocating several employees? Companies can rent several studios under one contract.
