Student housing for ČVUT's Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Faculty of Transportation Sciences
FJFI (FNSPE) at Břehová and FD at Konviktská are both about 30–35 minutes door to door by public transport from Rezidence Kandertova in Prague 8 – Libeň, which makes it practical student housing for the two smaller ČVUT faculties in the centre; FD's Horská building is about 36–38 minutes by direct tram 24. You get a brand-new, quiet studio with your own kitchenette, bathroom and desk, from €570 per person a month with all bills included.

Why students of small faculties look for a place of their own
Both faculties teach demanding, maths-heavy courses, and the weeks before exams are long. A calm room of your own makes a real difference – somewhere to work through problem sets without negotiating noise with several flatmates. A single studio gives you that, and a twin studio shared with one coursemate keeps it affordable.

The studio as a study environment
Each resident has their own desk and chair, and every studio has fibre internet up to 2 Gb/s included in the rent – enough for remote access to faculty systems and large simulation files. Insulating triple glazing with 39 dB sound insulation and external aluminium blinds cut outside noise and keep summer heat out.
Everyday life is simple too: your own kitchenette and bathroom, a laundry room with washers and dryers in the house, a storage room with private lockable boxes and a lift. A shared workspace is in preparation.
