How long to Holešovice
To Nádraží Holešovice allow about 19–22 minutes door to door: either tram 3 from U Kříže to Bulovka and then bus 201, or tram to Kobylisy and two stops on metro C. For Výstaviště it is about 23–26 minutes – tram 3 or 24 to Ke Stírce, then another tram to Výstaviště.

Sleep after the event: what the studio gives you
For nights when you need sleep rather than a party, the house has facts on its side: insulating triple glazing with 39 dB sound insulation, motorised external aluminium blinds that also lower street noise, and Pod Korábem park right outside. Every studio has its own bathroom and kitchenette, so you never queue for a shower shared by a whole floor.
Fibre internet up to 2 Gb/s is included for online lectures, streaming and assignments, and each resident has their own desk and chair.

Who benefits most
MFF students taught in Troja have the shortest trip: tram 3 or 24 one or two stops, bus 201 or 145 to Kuchyňka and about 6 minutes uphill on foot – about 20–25 minutes in total, or roughly 8–12 minutes by bike. ČZU students in Suchdol head north-west via Okrouhlická and Dejvická in about 40–50 minutes. And anyone drawn to Holešovice's events gets them within a short ride while living by a park.
