Student accommodation in Prague from February 2027: reserve now
Mid-year moves are often decided at short notice – a shared flat that stops working, an admission for the summer intake, a plan that changes over Christmas. The booking is built for that: apply online in about 3 minutes, sign a short reservation agreement and pay the €200 reservation by bank transfer within 5 days – it is part of your deposit. Within 1 working day of payment a real person reserves a specific studio for you and you sign the lease online.
A booking calendar for a 1 February 2027 start
Work backwards from your start date. For 15 February, move every step two weeks later.
- Now to early January: apply, sign the reservation agreement and pay the €200 reservation within 5 days
- Within 7 days of receiving the lease (if you book before 15 November 2026, by that date): sign the lease online and pay the remaining €800 of the deposit
- Within 5 working days of signing the lease: your free visa letter in Czech and English, if you need one
- By Monday 18 January 2027 (14 days before): the first month by bank transfer; upload proof of study or work and liability insurance

- Visa late? Shift your start once, free of charge, by up to 2 months – for example from 1 February to 1 March or 1 April 2027

Who moves in mid-year
Students leaving a dorm or a shared flat after the winter semester often want a place of their own without paying for a whole flat. A twin place gives you a studio with its own kitchen and bathroom shared with one flatmate – a friend, or someone we match you with, same gender by default.
New international students starting in the summer intake need an address before their visa appointment, which is what the accommodation letter is for. Exchange students are welcome too, but contracts start at 6 months and there are no short-term stays – a shorter exchange still means a 6-month contract.
Spring/summer semester 2027: what is available
Currently offered are twin places on the 2nd floor and single studios on the 5th floor. All 52 studios are brand-new after the 2022–2026 reconstruction and come furnished with a bed with mattress, a desk and a chair for each resident, built-in wardrobes and a fitted kitchen with appliances.
- Type 01, 20 m² (47 studios): twin €570 per person, single €980 a month
- Type 02, 27.5 m² (5 studios, one per floor): twin €670 per person, single €1,090 a month
- Water, heating, electricity, waste and fibre internet up to 2 Gb/s included – no year-end settlement
What if the opening date moves
The house opens tentatively on 1 December 2026, so a February start falls two months after the planned opening. If the date shifts, the terms are in writing: the exact opening is confirmed after the occupancy permit, and no rent is charged before handover. If we cannot provide the accommodation because the occupancy permit has not been issued, you get a full refund of the €200 reservation and everything you have paid – that is the only refund case; a refused visa or admission is not one.
