What people ask us
What does “partly furnished” mean?
The apartment has a kitchen with built-in appliances, built-in wardrobes and a complete bathroom. Furniture such as a bed, table or chairs you bring yourself – so you can set up the space your way.
What is the minimum lease term?
We sign leases for 6 months or longer, with the option to extend. We do not offer short-term rentals.
What is included in the rent?
Rent starts at CZK 16,500 per month. Advances for utilities and services (water, heating, electricity, waste) are paid on top. The exact advances and deposit are stated in the specific offer.
Can I register my permanent address in the apartment?
Yes. The units are registered in the cadastre as accommodation units, which has no practical limitations for tenants – you can register your permanent address just like in a flat.
When can I move in?
The building is undergoing a complete renovation with completion in Q3 2026. We are already taking enquiries and will inform applicants of the exact handover date.
Can a company rent several apartments?
Yes. We offer companies staff accommodation in several apartments under one contract with one contact person. Let us know the number of units and your timing.
How does a viewing work?
After you send an enquiry we contact you within 24 hours and arrange a viewing. We'll show you the building, the apartment and the shared facilities.
